1.氧(yang)彈使(shi)用前(qian)的檢(jian)查:氧(yang)彈出廠(chang)前(qian)已經(jing)進(jin)行了嚴格(ge)的質(zhi)量(liang)檢(jian)查,用(yong)戶(hu)不(bu)必(bi)再(zai)拆(chai)裝,但質(zhi)量(liang)再(zai)檢(jian)查是(shi)*的,檢(jian)查內(nei)容(rong)如(ru)下(xia):
①充(chong)氧嘴(zui)有(you)無(wu)松動(dong)現(xian)象;
②兩支電極桿(gan)是(shi)否松(song)動,擋火板(ban)(圓形不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)片(pian))是(shi)否緊(jin)固;
③坩(gan)堝支架是(shi)否固定良(liang)好(hao);
④進(jin)氣孔(kong)是(shi)否暢通(彈芯(xin)部(bu)分(fen));
⑤氧(yang)彈彈筒及氧(yang)彈蓋(gai)上的螺紋以及密(mi)封圈(quan)上有(you)無(wu)異物;
⑥充(chong)氧後(hou)置(zhi)入水(shui)中有(you)無(wu)氣泡(pao)往(wang)上冒(mao);
⑦外(wai)觀(guan)有(you)無(wu)碰撞(zhuang)痕跡。

壹、使(shi)用範(fan)圍(wei):建(jian)築材(cai)料燃(ran)燒(shao)熱(re)值(zhi)測(ce)試(shi)儀(yi),是(shi)在標(biao)準條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)將特定質(zhi)量(liang)的建(jian)築材(cai)料式(shi)樣(yang)放(fang)置於(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)環(huan)境中(zhong)測試(shi)式(shi)樣(yang)燃(ran)燒(shao)熱(re)值(zhi)。滿足(zu)GB/T14402-2007《建(jian)築材(cai)料及制(zhi)品的燃(ran)燒(shao)性能(neng) 燃(ran)燒(shao)熱(re)值(zhi)的測定》中(zhong)所(suo)規(gui)定的技(ji)術指(zhi)標(biao)和要(yao)求,適(shi)用(yong)於(yu)建(jian)築材(cai)料燃(ran)燒(shao)熱(re)值(zhi)的測試(shi)。

1.自動(dong)控制外筒(tong)水(shui)溫度在設(she)定溫度點(dian),確(que)保實(shi)溫變(bian)化不(bu)影(ying)響(xiang)冷卻(que)校(xiao)正,測量(liang)結(jie)果更準確(que);
2.自動(dong)調整內(nei)外(wai)筒(tong)溫度,采用冷卻(que)校(xiao)正系統(tong),水(shui)循(xun)環(huan)系統(tong)及軟(ruan)件(jian)自動(dong)誤(wu)差(cha)補(bu)差(cha)系(xi)統,減(jian)小(xiao)冷(leng)卻(que)校(xiao)正,使(shi)測量(liang)結(jie)果更準確(que);

6.微機燃(ran)燒(shao)熱(re)值(zhi)測(ce)定儀(yi)操(cao)作(zuo)於(yu)WinsowsXP及以上操(cao)作(zuo)系(xi)統,全(quan)過(guo)程漢字(zi)提(ti)示、人(ren)機交互,即學即用,按(an)提示(shi)操作(zuo)即可完成(cheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。

2.氧(yang)彈正確使(shi)用:
①將氧彈芯(xin)掛於(yu)氧彈支架上;
②將已烘幹(gan)的坩(gan)置於(yu)天平(ping)稱(cheng)量(liang)盤(pan)上,稱(cheng)出(chu)其(qi)質(zhi)量(liang)。若(ruo)是(shi)電子(zi)天平(ping),則直(zhi)接歸(gui)零去(qu)皮;
③用幹凈鑷(nie)子(zi)或角匙將試(shi)樣(yang)(充分(fen)混(hun)勻(yun)後(hou)),放(fang)入已稱重的坩(gan)堝內(nei),記下(xia)其(qi)質(zhi)量(liang)(苯(ben)甲(jia)酸(suan)1g±0.1g);試(shi)樣(yang)為1g±0.1g;油(you)樣(yang)為0.3g~0.7g;
④將裝有(you)試(shi)樣(yang)的坩(gan)堝放(fang)到氧(yang)彈的坩(gan)堝支架上;
⑤將點(dian)火(huo)絲接到(dao)坩(gan)堝支架(氧彈電極桿(gan))上並(bing)擰(ning)緊壓輪(lun)並(bing)系上棉線(xian);
⑥點(dian)火(huo)絲不得與坩(gan)堝接觸(chu)。若(ruo)是(shi)苯甲(jia)酸(suan),要(yao)壓在(zai)棉線(xian)上;若(ruo)是(shi)煤(mei)樣(yang),則棉線(xian)不(bu)得插入煤(mei)中(zhong),與煤(mei)樣(yang)良好(hao)接觸(chu)即可;
⑦試(shi)樣(yang)及點(dian)火(huo)絲裝好(hao)後,平(ping)穩(wen)地(di)將氧彈芯(xin)放(fang)入裝(zhuang)有(you)10ml蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)的氧彈筒內(nei),旋(xuan)緊(jin)彈蓋(gai)並平(ping)穩放(fang)到充(chong)氧器上充(chong)氧(yang);
⑧測(ce)試(shi)完成(cheng)後用(yong)放(fang)氣閥將氧彈中的殘(can)留氣體(ti)放(fang)出。
註(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang):
1.嚴禁(jin)擋火板(ban)將兩電(dian)極桿(gan)短(duan)接;
2.每(mei)次裝點(dian)火(huo)絲之前(qian),必(bi)須(xu)將殘(can)留在電(dian)極桿(gan)和壓線(xian)筒(tong)內(nei)的點(dian)火(huo)絲或其(qi)它(ta)異(yi)物清(qing)理幹凈;
3.嚴禁(jin)超(chao)壓充(chong)氧(yang)(正常為2.8-3Mpa),充氧(yang)時(shi)間(jian)應相對(dui)壹致(zhi)(30-45秒(miao));
4.氧彈蓋(gai)不宜(yi)旋(xuan)的過(guo)緊(jin),旋(xuan)到(dao)位後稍(shao)加(jia)壹點(dian)力(li)即可;
5.實(shi)驗結(jie)束(shu)後,應(ying)將彈筒和彈蓋(gai)及彈芯(xin)清(qing)洗(xi)幹(gan)凈,並(bing)晾幹;
